I didn't have any issues! Very easy and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful.
Emilea JWas happy with my experience except for one thing I was charged $65.24 at pick up time but at drop off time my receipt showed my cost should only be $51.34. I have tried to contact Mass Towing to see about the difference being refunded to me but haven't been able to get any one to answer the phone so not sure what to do. Was told at pick up I would get a refund if it was less money when I drop it off.
