The ONLY reason you are getting an Excellent review is because of the fantastic service we got from Sierra. I had reserved the van on 8/2/25 to use on 9/4/25. Someone requested one a few weeks after me and they bumped my van to another location. My Stack and Store is where I needed to load and unload for an EVENT. She was able to help me get the one that I had reserved where I had reserved it. Otherwise, you would of had a VERY UNHAPPY customer. Instead, I was very, very pleased how she handled the embarrassing situation U-Haul had caused.
