Wasn't clear how to proceed when were 1 hour late to pick up truck.
Joel GNo improvements needed. Lot was clean and well organized. Service manager was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. 'the only thing I didn't see were the usual packing supplies and hitching paraphernalia, but since I didn't need any of that, it wasn't a concern.
