One day rental of a 10' truck for local move = $19.95. I picked up the truck shortly after 9AM, returned it shortly after 2PM. 96 miles of travel. Total cost = over $150. I suppose if I just drove it to my house, turned around and returned it I would have been closer to the advertised price. The dealer was very helpful and honest, but the company's advertising is grossly misleading.

Nothing to improve
Fred HOnline checkin process is horrible but the vehicle itself and the checkin process by the vendor was excellent. Your app is horrible and it doesn’t work on iOS 27 beta
Jonathan BIn-person customer service was stellar and the truck I rented was exactly what I needed. However, it is frustrating and difficult that you need a smartphone to rent anything. The rental and return process on the smartphone was inconvenient and the website/app did not function correctly, which made me worry that I would be charged for more time or usage of the truck than I actually had done. Thankfully the customer service representative was very understanding and kind, and helped us make sure that everything went well even with the broken smartphone app. Please fix this by providing a way to do rentals and after-hours drop off without needing a smartphone.
