This place is a joke and absolutely has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The business wasn't open when I dropped off the uhaul on a Wednesday at 1030am. What salon isn't open in the middle of the week at 1030am? I left a message on their machine to get my $100 cash deposit back and never received a call back. I've contacted customer service to have them help me and still no response from this company. It has now been 20, yes I said 20, days and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK. I've sent several emails requesting this be handled in a better manner and now customer service doesn't even respond to me. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to do to your customers. I held up my end of the contract and now you're robbing from a single mother. Next step is contacting a lawyer. You don't get to just steal from customers and get away with it. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this location to anyone and will spread the word that no one go to this location ever. They shouldn't be allowed to run any business if this is what they're doing. Really sad what people will do to others to make a buck.

The individuals at the rental sites are not the issue. Why bother asking me to pick a location for pick up when UHaul determines the location anyways? I picked a location close to me. I get a location 90 minutes away. That sucked and disrupted the entire flow of my moving day. In the future I will ony use UHaul as a last resort.
Mark S.I received a bill in the amount of $231 on September18th after returning the truck and all equipment in excellent condition. Receipt stated “Missing/Damage Fee†three times, one for $150, one for $6.00 and another for $75. I returned the truck 1.5 hours before it was due, folded the furniture pads, verified that the moving equipment was in the truck and ensured that it was clean and swept out. I spoke with the manager Trina and she said that she checked the truck in on September 18th and did not remeber any damage whatsoever. Trina is currently looking into the matter for me. I took pictures of the truck the day I dropped it off, front, back, sides, rear, etc. and hightly recommend that everyone do the same. Absolutely no damage on the truck. Waiting for my $231 credit to my credit card.
Ronald S.When I arrived no one was at the location and Onhad to call to have them come. They were at their other business. I had to stand outside and wait while they came from their other business which put me behind schedule. This so poor customer service. And then Safe Tow was added without my permission and after I requested it not be added. I didn't realize it until I received my email receipt the next morning. I had to contact Uhaul in the middle of my trip to find out what the extra charge was on my account. I am still waiting to see if it will be refunded. This is unacceptable!
