Truck was so low in gas the gas light came on as soon as we left the parking lot, which was a bit frustrating. The mobile check-in process also took us by surprise, as we didn't realize we needed to have additional forms of identity verification prepared. Had to call two family members at the drop of the hat for them to verify us, and that extended our check in process by about 20 minutes. Wish they would've mentioned this requirement in advance so we could've been prepared!

The right front tire pressure was saying it was low on the dash but it is not. Needs a new sensor
David GThe trucks tire pressure was not maintained. We had to rush to a gas station to put air into the tire to avoid damage to the tire and/or rim before we could use the truck.
James LU-haul needs to update the address of this location. GPS says there’s “no match,” due to the incorrect road name. It is NOT called “Gibsonton Rd.” The correct address is: 2007 PA-Route 906 Belle Vernon, PA 15012 Thank you.
