Alert the client prior to pick up that it’s a mobile pick up. I wasted an hour of moving time because I had to set up the mobile pick. By that time my volunteers had to leave leaving me, my daughter and my senior mother to load the truck. Totally uncalled for!
RELAMAE CI checked "No" regarding personnel only because we did a wireless drop off and did not speak with anyone there. This is not a reflection n the people that work at Speedway.
