david C.Couple things. First would be that you advertise the truck I rented as a 15' box. It is only 12' plus some over the cab storage. This is important because I had several 14' items I had and couldn't transport. Second I opted out of renting any additional equipment but yet there was a dolly and moving blankets attached to the inside of the box taking up a ton of space and the only way to remove them is the break the seal and hope you don't have to dispute any charges from doing so. Uhaul really should revise their strange and misleading marketing tactics so people transporting large items like ladders, carpet rolls, pump jacks, siding, or anything else that requires over 12' of floor space.
