The lot was not paved. But the after hours drop off was very handy and was handled efficiently. Spoke with the associate earlier in the day and she was very pleasant and quite helpful.
ANTHONY SAfter hours return instructions review at pickup since they closed at 1pm. I wan't familiar with the process. The app walked me through it but I already had locked the van and took pictures. I had to go back and retake the ones I took plus additional ones to complete the return. It took about 10-15" to complete the return. I wasn't sure I did everything correctly.
