Melissa DSeveral things, when I first came in and asked for help due to the app not working properly, the gentleman in the store looked confused and had a lady on speaker phone who started answering my questions after 4-5 minutes. I wasn't able to fully check in due to the app not allowing pictures. When we went to load our items into the truck, the truck had several items in it. Leaving us to clean most of it, but leaving some pools and assorted items. We should not have had to pay over $150 for a 7 hour rental AND having to clean it before even utilizing it. That was ridiculous.
Katryna SNewer equipment. The front passenger tire was almost square!
john pThank you Gavin! You were so helpful to me during a very stressful situation.
