I rented a truck to move on a Saturday and return the truck fueled up clean later that night and got my receipt and they tried to take my 450$ deposit and when I called to inquired about the charges they never returned my phone calls and I had to get my credit union involved to get my money back so I would not trust them ever again, that was my experience with them horrible and I would not ever recommend any one to do business with a company like that.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe facility was closed when I arrived (3:00 pm). The dirt parking lot had some standing water, equipment strewn around making parking and maneuvering to take pictures of the vehicle challenging. The sidewalk along the building was free from debris and clean. No personnel were available.
David NClean equipment, explain extra prices added on and the drop off process was confusing and we were only told to put keys in box. They should stay open a little longer than 1:00pm on Saturday.
