Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took care of issues I had with Camille in scheduling ( I think she needs to find a new job) . I was ready to call competitive truck rental .
KEVIN MThe cargo can was better that the truck is rented primarily bc it was newer and in better condition. There was still mud everywhere bc the parking lot is a mud pit. Even just some gravel would go a long way to keeping mud off everything
Michele CParking lot is all mud so there is mud on all the trucks, it gets on everything you are trying to move. The 15' truck rented was rickety as heck. Not only did I have to clean dirt and mud off things I was moving bc of the truck the pad lock on the back of the truck was broken so leaving items unattended was not exactly an option.
