We got a call to pick up the truck from this location, which was not what we had arranged. So we set up a time for 4.30. We were on time. The place was in darkness. We ended up securing the truck in the parking lot by phoning in. That took 1/2 hour. (Apparently the person called in sick.). Sending a licence in a parking lot. Not what we expected. Disappointed.
