We arrived to pick up the truck and it wasn’t there and we were panicking. We tried calling but nobody was picking up the phone. Then around 5:05 the truck arrived luckily. Turns out the guy working there was on a smoke break. He was nice. We got the truck with a below half tank of gas. (209 miles) and the cab smelt horrible. The back of the truck was not cleaned at all and we found a lot of garbage in the back and we even found smelly underwear.

Alexander TLocation opened at 10am. No one there. Property looks deserted. Looking inside all the windows all you can see is garbage. Eventually after waiting I called U-Haul and took a picture and left the equipment. I had to take time off work to drop off during your opening hours and the least you could do is have someone there as well
FRANK VWe got a call to pick up the truck from this location, which was not what we had arranged. So we set up a time for 4.30. We were on time. The place was in darkness. We ended up securing the truck in the parking lot by phoning in. That took 1/2 hour. (Apparently the person called in sick.). Sending a licence in a parking lot. Not what we expected. Disappointed.
