The Truck was nasty. Between my husband and I, we have rented 10 uhals over 4 years and never in my life have I experienced anything so gross for a rental truck. CLEAN YOUR TRUCKS!

Very poor experience with u haul, first they change my pickup locations at the end moment far 21 km from my actual pic up location. No winter tire , stuck in snow mud , and when I request for assistance they ask me $450 even though I buy insurance of $16 while I booked. Never think again neither will recommend to friends or family
