Don't use Baymont in Bellevue, NE if you need more than a truck. Baymont uhaul location has NO EQUIPMENT. When I scheduled rental of the truck, I also requested a hand cart & 2 furniture dollys. When I picked up the truck, they informed me they did not have anything other than the truck. I do want to thank Max & Tony @ 86th & L St. for saving the day. I went to uhaul service center to request rental of equipment not provided at Baymont and they gladly provided the equipment with no extra charge for the lack of accommodation from the Baymont facility. THANK YOU MAX & TONY for making our move easier.

In/Out no problem. Customer service was nice to me.
MICHAEL SEvery time I come to this location the person working always scams me, he charges me for extra mileage (25.00) and he does something to where I’m not able to log on and record my mileage and gas usage on the link/app myself, it freezes up when I went to upload so then I’m not able to record the actual usage and he is able to manipulate the system and the numbers himself somehow. I will not come to this location as long as he is working there because he is dishonest and rude as well.
