Every time I come to this location the person working always scams me, he charges me for extra mileage (25.00) and he does something to where I’m not able to log on and record my mileage and gas usage on the link/app myself, it freezes up when I went to upload so then I’m not able to record the actual usage and he is able to manipulate the system and the numbers himself somehow. I will not come to this location as long as he is working there because he is dishonest and rude as well.
EMMANUEL JGentleman was polite, nice & had me checked in and out the door quickly. Truck was clean, had full tank, and even had a dolly & blankets! Thank you!

Henry Mi had to fill tank with over 6 gallons of gas -- for 40 miles (37miles at fill up) no way the truck gets 6mi/ gallon. plus when i opened the back there were leaves. leftover paper. and even some pennie's. again the previous renter didn't follow rules and the agent didn't do anything about it
