When I opened the door it was full of snow. These drivers seat was covered in snow, the floor and the steering wheel in the center where you press the horn. I had to clear it all out before I could get in. I took photos of it on my phone. It was freezing temperature’s that evening. I got in and entered the mileage on the app, but when it asked me if the condition of the inside, it wouldn’t let me upload my photos from my phone. It wanted me to take photos, but I already cleared the snow out of the vehicle. I called customer service so I could email them the photos, but the link he kept sending me said it was wasn’t valid or expired. So he made a note of the incident.

The truck I rented left oil in the driveway where we loaded and again where we unloaded. I would have liked to have continued to use the truck for more of the 24 hours I rented it for but was afraid the entire driveway would be covered in oil.
