Location is a gas station, so you don't have to look for a place to refuel before turning your truck in. It had plenty of space for my dropoff and the representative inside handled the check out for me so I wouldn't have to fight with the glitchy app.
Cherie DI was charged $64 extra for fuel charges even though I brought the truck back at the same amount of fuel I left with. And the guy checking me said just bring it back with about the same amount of fuel, no big deal. That’s an over 40% increase in my bill.
David HWe had trouble calling and changing our booking. I guess letting future customers know online is the best way to make changes would be great.
