They didnt tell me I needed to take a picture of the back of the truck. I jumped in and drove off only to later read a text from U-Haul stating I should take a picture of the back before driving. Oops.

Truck originally given was only at a quarter of a tank of gas and had a "service" notification going. Was able to swap to a different truck but delayed the whole process a bit.
