Cons: Same day check in at the counter was a waste of time, not the store persons fault. The computer was very slow. Wasted over half an hour when we could be on our way. Pros: The store owner asked if we completed checkout online and when we said yes he was kind enough to give us the key and on our way. Otherwise we would still be waiting for the computers to work. He also mentioned that since they are open 24 hours as long as the check out order was done online and mobile pick up we can pickup the truck as early as we needed it. That is what you call excellent Customer Service. Another reason we booked again for this coming Saturday. I give this location and store owner 5+ star.
