I was overcharged for gas, and the check engine light was on during my move. The agent was unfriendly and uncooperative. He did not answer questions and did not want to manually do anything.

NICHOLAS BExcellent midtown location and service at Bellingham Heated Mini storage. Very nice driving clean, spacious cargo van. The app return process glitched and gave me no camera view to record mileage. Camera screen was just black with the photo button inactive. What’s going on with that?

RICHARD MThe van was almost on empty when I checked to put the gas in the tank. I only took a load to the dump. When I tried to put the gas in the tank, it spilled out the bottom. I told the person who I returned the key to and then was charged over $160.00 for gas. It was busy and he may have forgotten. Giving him the benefit of the doubt...
