Don’t use the Marathon gas station on Sunset. They didn’t have my reservation and seemed irritated that they had to fix it.

Despite there being an attendant on site, I was told I had to use the app. I did not have good reception and asked why he couldn’t help me, to which he just told me again to use the app. He never looked up from the computer. He never asked about my experience. He offered the opposite of customer service.
RYAN KThe guy that works at the mini storage place was really helpful and seemed happy to be there the system was down again apparently so he couldn’t rent us the truck we had to do it on the website while at the place to get the truck with was fine but odd. The guy working at the business would be the only reason I would rent from u-hall. The trucks check engine light was on and it did not run the best. The drivers door did not close all the way so there was a lot of wind noise. The truck smelled like gas like it had a leak or something. The wipers sucked in the rain. Backing out of the parking space blindly onto a relatively busy street is not ideal. The link that I got texted to me wouldn’t allow me to take the required pictures to actually finish the check out process so I had to go back inside and nice guy that works for the mini storage place told me it rarely works and just to take the pictures on my phone just in case I need them.

KENNETH HCharged for safemove even though I declined it. Also charged me over $70 after drop off for reason. I cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund of the extra charges. Truck runs poorly and has check engine light on.
