Joelle PUhaul rental smelled strongly of cat urine and was dirty inside, additionally the check engine light was on. Once we cleaned the vehicle it worked very well and we were able to move all our items.
ROBERT LDon’t use the Marathon gas station on Sunset. They didn’t have my reservation and seemed irritated that they had to fix it.
BENJAMIN DDespite there being an attendant on site, I was told I had to use the app. I did not have good reception and asked why he couldn’t help me, to which he just told me again to use the app. He never looked up from the computer. He never asked about my experience. He offered the opposite of customer service.
