ANNE BI didn't get the vehicle I had reserved, The mirrors wouldn't adjust in the truck they rented to me, and I was told it had a quarter tank but it was on empty. I returned it in good condition with a quarter tank more than It started with and was charged an extra 80 dollars for a fuel fee. I would like some compensation for the bad customer service.
SUNNY RThe person at the counter seemed bothered by me. I got a bad feeling about his presence. I shrugged it off and started to leave as soon as he said I don't have to stick around for the return or a receipt. I told him if the truck was ok where I had parked it and he said where you park it, as if it was not obvious. It was right in front of the office and his face. I told him a truck with a trailer was trying to get by and he just said in the rudest way, well they are just going to have to wait. I have never ever experienced any type of service from any of the U-Haul locations in the last 6 years I have been renting trucks for and I rent at least 1 truck every month. I will pay the regular rental or decline the discount than to ever return to this location ever again.
