The person that helped us was very helpful. The process of confirming reservation, uploading the drivers license via a text link and getting the key to the truck was very quickly and probably 15 minutes max. There is a hold/deposit. For the truck I rented (the 20') the insurance was reasonable, $15. Bringing it back was simple and quick too! I would definitely recommend using them for any truck rentals.
