I physically went to the location as my move was 2 miles away to ask questions. I was told to go to the website to make a reservation. My questions weren't answered. A little annoying as I had to make a phone call to reservations to get my questions answered.

ANDRE LEverything was great.
Michael NU-Haul app did not allow me to check in due to a GPS error and caused a 30 minute delay. Then when I opened the truck, it was filled with large black garbage bags that smelled horrendous and took up so much of my hauling space. U-Haul told me it's my problem to deal with so now my yard is full of garbage bags that aren't mine. Never using again
