The truck did not run well. It had no air conditioning on a very hot day.

sherri sI kept the van an extra day but there are 3 charges instead of just the 2. The woman at the place has no idea how i was over charged $46.11. She said there is no record of that charge but it says uhaul and came out of my checking account. I am currently trying to dispute that unknown charge to get the money back that i was overcharged..
Vanessa CThere was no one in the office at the time of my drop-off, and no indication that anyone was on the premises. I returned my rental early and called the Tilton office for advice. I scanned the qr code by the driver's door as advised, but the process was cumbersome and took more time than I thought I'd need to return the truck and be brought back to my car - the person waiting for me was on a time limit as well. I haven't gotten any confirmation of the return, either.
