This was not the location at which I had scheduled my pick-up and I am not sure why U-Haul couldn't arrange for someone to drive the vehicle to the Loves Park location. The change in pick-up locations caused an inconvenience, especially since the Loves Park location is newer and more modern. The gentleman at the Belvidere location was very friendly and had a unique sense of humor.

Excellent service I'm really happy
Augusto LI was greeted extremely poorly. He was too busy parking a truck and told me I didn’t have a reservation. After waiting 15 minutes he finally came and looked for my reservation. At that point he became tolerable when he found my reservation. He rushed me out and I didn’t get to inspect the truck. Sure enough the dolly green clip was already broken which cost me 14 bucks. I am extremely disappointed with U-Haul. I returned the truck on Saturday at 3:30. A one day rental. The U-Haul app would not let me return the truck. It could not verify my location. Even though I had location services turned on my phone. I will be filling a complaint about that one. It double all my charges. Also, the truck was given to me below half a tank. I told the guy it was below 1/2 a tank and he ignored me and told me to bring it back with a half a tank. I drove 36 miles and had to put nine gallons to get it above half a tank. No way the truck gets 4 miles to the gallon. I will never go to this U-Haul location again. I will be calling U-Haul about the double charge. As I returned on time.
