Reservation was easy. Staff was thorough and friendly. The only improvement would be on the equipment return process. I would definitely rent here again. Keep up the great work.
Gregory JThe app was tough to use. Went through steps as instructed but still needed customer support to get onto vehicle. I was not told I would need to enter “references’ and they would be called. I was not prepared for that and needed to scramble to have people ready to answer their phone. Seems a bit much in my opinion. Support was great overall.
