At time of pick-up, order was changed to remove insurance despite what was requested. Rushed to obtain the retail and rushed out the door. At time of drop-off, nobody was in the office despite being listed within open times and being informed at time of pick-up that someone would be present. Attempted to contact on call number which was posted. At time of writing this review, it has been nearly 24 hours with no return call. This required me to download and complete the check with the U-Haul app or I would have needed to pay an additional $20.
