I was charged the cleaning fee even though the truck was cleaned out and it had garbage in it when I picked it up. Very frustrating

The staff was incredibly helpful. I showed up 15 minutes before close with no reservation and found the team to be very helpful. The first team member took me into the office area and handled the paperwork. While probably the entire remaining team hooked the trailer to my truck and had it ready to go by the time I exited. The team there performed the safety checks, ensuring I was safe to proceed. and I was off!!!!
