How U-Haul Reviews WorkI've used this location twice and had a good experience, the staff is friendly and helpful. With my most recent rental "my truck" was sent to a different location, I was accommodated me and the staff had me out the door with a suitable replacement They were great. However, I was incorrectly charged for an additional day. I came into the location to have this corrected, Ramon, the store manager got on it. After a few days, my account had been refunded the overcharge. Ramon, did a great job.
