My reserved Uhaul was not available when I went to pick it up, and I had to wait for them to bring me a different Uhaul. They offered me extra days, but I didn't need the extra days. A discount on the Uhaul would have been more appreciated.

The gentleman I met to drop off the trailer was very helpful and also stated he would get me a refund as well
Colby HFirst of all, workers didn’t know what they were doing. We had a U-Haul rental reservation for weeks at this point and they lost the keys to our truck and had to give us a new one. Our reservation was at 9 and we didn’t get out of there until 9:45 or so. Then, we had reserved a dolly- they did not have it. Then, the vehicle they gave us had what looked and smelled like dried vomit on the floor of the car and it was filthy. We won’t be doing business with U-Haul in the future.
