COOS CI got charged an extra 200$ for I think mileage
Chad UI had no problem with customer service. Its corporate. I rented a truck for a friend. ( I thought) she had a person Patrick to drive. As soon as the truck was off the lot Patrick turned the truck over to the woman and off she goes. She took it to s homeless camp and was living in it. If it wasn't for me uhaul would be missing a truck. I think Patrick is responsible more than me. I got charged 269.+. Nothing happened to him. It was his fault for turning the truck over to a unlicensed driver. So unfair 😒 .
Rebecca SClear signage needed. It’s very hard to find the key pickup and drop off box for a first-time renter. Parking lot is crowded, and rental process overall is clunky.
