So I was sent a text message to return rental to one location 6102 fourth avenue brooklyn ny 11220 Which they denied me stating they did not accept my box truck rental.So I called U-Haul and was told to bring it to2495 Cropsey avenue which made me go 7 miles over my limit they told me not to worry about the extra mileage they would not charge me. They charged me and I shall say that the drop off for this rental was a disaster. They sent me emails and text messages and none of them worked.Not satisfied and they charged me for there misguiding me to different drop off locations.
