Kevin PThey didn’t check or let customer know how much to be charged when truck was returned . We filled up fuel and left more than when we took them then they charged me fuel and also service fees extra over $110
Zin Tgreat customer service at this location. but poor U-Haul services on the phone. got hung up twice, and didn't pick up the phone the third time calling. very rude and disrespectful. changed my order without my permission. sent me to different locations, but when I arrived at the new pickup location changed me again back to the original location.
Ying XI returned the truck with MORE fuel than was in it when I received it and was still charged $50+ fuel fees. The furniture dolly I paid for was not in the truck making the move of a piece of furniture that weighed hundreds of pounds extremely difficult. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company. The men running this location are thieves.
