I had returned the trailer on the same day I rented it , they are charging me to today cause they didn't check it in on Sat the 11th, I only used it for 3 hrs. So why am I getting charged for the whole weekend?

I had zero issues with renting it and returning it. However, I would like to see a crank jack on the tongue of the trailer. It is too heavy to lift off the ball without another person or some type of jack.

Stephen RUhaul app and the Authorized Agents computer system was useless. They looked up my transaction and could not initially find it. All I could do was hand them the keys and leave hoping the dropoff was eventually completed. I didn't want a stolen Uhaul on my record. Perhaps Uhaul management should either get a real computer system or return to the 1980s paper methods. I never had any trouble with Uhaul rentals back then.
