Uhaul app and the Authorized Agents computer system was useless. They looked up my transaction and could not initially find it. All I could do was hand them the keys and leave hoping the dropoff was eventually completed. I didn't want a stolen Uhaul on my record. Perhaps Uhaul management should either get a real computer system or return to the 1980s paper methods. I never had any trouble with Uhaul rentals back then.

KEITH TThe guy working at the site was too busy talking to his friend on a phone call to be bothered to help me unhook and check in my trailer rental. He then waited 5 days before he checked it in trying to charge me $60 for 3 extra days. I had to call support to get a refund and send photos I took that I returned the trailer 30 hours after rental.
