It was very inconvenient from our location and we passed many other uhaul locations closer to our destination.
ROBERT FThe agent spoke rudely to me for not parking the u haul at the right parking spot. He claims that I was provided the keys and the map for parking in person while I collected the keys from the box outside the facility. I parked it wrong location and I am liable for a fine of $100, but I see a charge or $200 on my card. My rental was $61 and with fine I would be paying $100. But i was charged $200
