The operator I talked to scheduled the trailer was amazing I don’t know her name or what her location was but she was so nice and helpful!!

Mason NI selected a pick-up location near my moving address, went there on time but to my surprised they do not have my reservation at that store. Ended up going to other pick-up location. Did not receive any prior notification or call from U Haul at all. What a messed up system.
