Only issue is that I was switched to this location, and they were unable to rent me dollies and blankets due to my one way trip. Outside of that, they provided excellent customer service.
Sean MI took a picture of the fuel gauge before I left. It wasn’t even half a tank when I brought the truck back the next day. I made sure it was over half a tank, but then I was charged $7.50 for the fuel will not be incorrect, but it was because I took a picture. I called Customer Service and they helped me get the refund back because I said the evidence fuel gauge was not at half a tank. Customer Service took care of me and make sure I receive my money back Great CUSTOMER SERVICE..
Brian KHow about lowering the price on truck rentals, especially in today's economy. Would have given Uhaul 5 stars, but the total price of the rental is ridiculous.
