This location was by far the best part of my rental experience this time around. On the day that tour ‘system’ had a internal communication ‘crash’ the 3 folks working at this small business were working their butts off to help a half dozen customers get what they needed and did so with concern for the customer.

Aubree RVehicle cargo area and exterior was dirty upon pickup, interior was relatively clean. It said return clean to avoid a $25 cleaning fee. I did not move anything that would make it dirty and was still charged $25.
