This location is my favorite rental place all because of Travis. He is efficient, friendly and professional. I come all the way from Walnut Creek to rent from him. I always feel safe when he attaches the trailer to my hitch. Wonderful to work with him. He deserves a raise!

Clean the inside better
ANDRE AThe cabin was covered in dog fur and the gas tank was less than 1/4 full, even though we told the desk we were traveling 120 miles and there were a fleet of same size trucks to choose from. Returned the truck with half a tank, wasting $50. Desk person was friendly and booking was easy, but will not be returning after that experience.

SATISH MU-Haul always delivers. Staff at both pick-up & drop-off were professional, friendly, helpful, and transparent. Pick-up & drop-off were fast and efficient. Truck was flawless. The only thing I wish was different was that I wish the truck had cruise control! Three days of highway speeds without cruise control was draining. I really respect U-Haul and their staff and will definitely use them again and again!
