I experienced a few issues with this location, and I won't be going back. While the staff was friendly, the equipment was in poor shape. The rental truck had a "check engine" light on (critical flaw), the driver side door wouldn't close all the way, and the passenger cabin was filthy and gross. These are safety risks. I decided to return the truck without using it much. I traveled no more than 10 miles total, but was charged for 40 miles. Either: they misread the initial odometer when I picked it up, or, they deliberately altered the miles in the computer, or the truck is broken, making it look like more miles were used. I'm not sure the answer, but I won't be returning. Please correct these problems. Thank you.
