Very easy pick-up done with mobile option! We did have a small hiccup before the pickup; we had reserved a truck at the Benton Harbor location weeks before our move, and then were told that the truck size we booked was not available at Benton Harbor the day before we moved. So, we had to get a bigger truck at the Berrien Springs location or drive 40 min to the next closest store that had the truck size we wanted. With that said, customer service was very accommodating with no additional charges for early or late pickup, no price changes, and clear instruction, so still a good experience overall as it all worked out just fine.
