Small lot, 6x12 trailer is ridiculous, tongue is way to long and way to heavy, and they have no way to jack them up to hitch height. I’m 60 moving my daughter, we had to get help to just unhook. Aweful

Brian FI had to call the toll free number to get anyone to show up. The lady on the toll free number was great. Ahe made it easy. 2 gentlemen eventually showed up.
Brian FTried calling 3 different phone numbers. No one answered. No information on where to put the trailer. No one in office to help. Heard from local town people that the guy in charge of U-Haul is drunk at bar everyday. Never renting from U-Haul again if this is how the return is going to be
