I was very disappointed with my overall experience. The pickup location was extremely difficult to find, and upon arrival, the staff did not seem familiar with the U-Haul rental process or services. I was also informed that the pickup location had been moved, which resulted in me having to walk approximately one mile to locate and pick up the truck. Once I finally received the vehicle, I found that it had little to no gas and was very dirty inside. Overall, the pickup process was inconvenient, poorly communicated, and not what I expected from a U-Haul rental experience. I hope these concerns are addressed to prevent future customers from experiencing the same issues.

Timothy CSmall lot, 6x12 trailer is ridiculous, tongue is way to long and way to heavy, and they have no way to jack them up to hitch height. I’m 60 moving my daughter, we had to get help to just unhook. Aweful
