I had to call the toll free number to get anyone to show up. The lady on the toll free number was great. Ahe made it easy. 2 gentlemen eventually showed up.
Brian FTried calling 3 different phone numbers. No one answered. No information on where to put the trailer. No one in office to help. Heard from local town people that the guy in charge of U-Haul is drunk at bar everyday. Never renting from U-Haul again if this is how the return is going to be
Haley DEmpty desolate lot in rural Texas. Next to an abandoned building. No personnel on site. Everything was totally fine, I just left the trailer there - but really seems like U Haul has lowered their standards
