Did a key drop off. it was very obvious where I was to drop the car off, and where to deposit the key. The area was a bit unsettling however I had no issue with my return.

Be transparent about parking. I parked my car in the same lot I got the U-Haul from and they completely blocked my car in. Was unnecessary as the lot was open with plenty of space. Unprofessional and bad service
Christopher MIt was closed I called the store the day prior during regular business hours several times and no one answered. I left a message and no one returned my call. When I returned the truck there was no proper place to park the truck. I had to step over debri and tires just to scan the code.

Hunter LThe location was not open on the drop-off date, although the app indicated that it was open until 7pm. We utilized Self Return and received text confirming drop off on Saturday 11/15/25 at 6:30p. We even spoke with someone at the phone number provided in the Self Return as 2ndary confirmation since the location was closed. Recently I received a balance due bill of $280 stating that the equipment was not returned until Monday 11/17/25. I submitted a Feedback/Concern on 11/21. So far, I've received a duplicate bill in response. I've used uhaul successfully for years, I'm disappointed by this interaction.
