His u-Haul service is scam. They will charge your card initially 43.00. And for two days of rental your bill is 88.95. Then I was charged 45.83 a following day. I went back to discuss my charges. Now they say they cannot help me or do anything about it. I’m wanting to know why is it so many hidden fees until afterwards with U-haul service. This is so disappointing and frustrating with customers. I feel like they are nit honest with the customers up front.

I meant to tell them at drop off that the battery seemed to be weak. I kind of struggled to start.
Don HTo advertise $19.99 for a van then tack on $20 in fees plus $1 a mile is so misleading. For a 10 mile travel for one load was $64 dollars . I actually only had the van for a little over an hour it was returned and filled up another $10 . Just misleading and too expensive. You should advertise it at $40 not $20
