Greg was awesome and the lady there also, Greg got us help after our guys couldn't make it, worked out great, I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone,
ROBERT RI wouldn’t recommend this location due to the lady giving my personal phone number and name out. I thought it was very unprofessional and tacky. However , she could have contacted me herself I would have excepted it better but instead she gave a local business my name and number. I wouldn’t send anyone there to deal with her.
RACHEAL HI was from out of town and I had to jump through hoops to get this u haul. I have rented before here in Buffalo and I hen I was in Gulfport Why couldn't they look up the information instead of trying to find people home so they can call and verify who I am. The day I picked up the u haul took over an hour just to drive off the lot.
NADINE MU-Haul and Climate Safe are doing great, I can not think of any suggested improvements.
