I got to the location. I was there for an hour and a half waiting for the cold because the lock was rusty and it wouldn’t open. I had to call U-Haul but wait on the line for about 30 minutes, Daniel Hall Simmons, with a different location to get a different truck because the lock was too rusty to get the keys. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to pick up a truck due to lack of assistance. I do not recommend picking up a truck; there is no one to help, only a dropbox.
JEPHERSON CMy Blackstone, MA Location for pickup was uneasy using the drop box access procedures. Somehow it was unfriendly; not cooperating and failed in the template prompts. It caused redundant typing into the templates. Delayed from 11AM to 12:30PM then finally all went accordingly the password given did open the combination lock. The last steps were just too long on verifying the U-Haul (i.e. open doors, snap shot several bar codes. This caused discomfort in a year of technology. There must be a better way. I like IN person customer service.
