Good costumer service at the location I chose
JOHN BThey did not have the 1.25 inch trailer hitch straight with the 2inch ball. I assumed all locations had it and i had to run around town looking for one. Except this, the location was amazing. I got a trailer with ramp which helped a lot. The person who gave me the trailer was super nice, answered all my questions.

JAMES PThe only thing wrong with the truck was the back door was missing a cable. It was hard to open and close the loading door. The ladies at pickup recognized that and had the same issue. But the door worked fine for our needs. She put it in the notes and I notified the drop off location as well. No big deal.
