James WI have only positive things to say about the facility. However, I am very unhappy with U-Haul corporation. Your reservation system is deceptive and unethical. I booked the reservation online and indicated that I did NOT want the insurnace. When I picked up the trailer, your system was chargin me the insurnace anyway and the local store had to uncheck it or I would have paid for something I did not want. This is the second time it has happened. That is simply unethical and if it does not change I will file a greivance with the State Attorney General.
Doug MTrailer was in perfect condition and ready to go. Worked out perfectly for what I needed it for.
